Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in will not incur any charges.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required 15 days before check-in to guarantee your booking.

This deposit is non-refundable.

Definition of a 'Bed Night'
Definition of a 'Bed Night': a 'bed night' is calculated by multiplying the total number of nights by the number of rooms booked.

For example:

3 nights x 2 rooms = 6 bed nights

​Refund Deduction Policy

If your booking is subject to a refund, please note that the final refundable amount will be subject to mandatory deductions based on local government taxes and fixed operational levies that are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authorities. These non-refundable deductions, which are calculated against the Total Booking Value Paid, include:

• Value Added Tax (VAT) at 18%

• Bank Charges of 2%

• Bed Night Levy of 1% per bed per night

 

The final amount returned will be the original payment received, minus the sum of these mandatory fees and any applicable cancellation penalties outlined in our standard terms and conditions.
